Labour Source maintains a comprehensive data base of prospective employees.  We are continually updating and adding to our database of candidates.  Our computerized database allows us to quickly access a customized pool of experienced candidates with specific skills that match our clients’ needs.  This results in quick turnaround for our clients.

 

For a business to receive one of our employees, the recommended candidate must successfully go through our multi-step screening process consisting of:

 

  • Proof of identity
  • Completion of written application
  • completion of written skill testing and mathematical examination
  • Thorough interviews
  • Reference checks, where required

 

All application forms and tests are completed at the Labour Source offices to confirm the candidate has the necessary aptitude for the positions for which they are being considered.  If needed, our employee resource center promotes on-going training and skill development for workers.
